Russian utility EuroSibEnergo and Chinese hydro developer China Yangtze Power Co have signed an agreement that will see the firms work together to build three new power projects in East Siberia, including two hydro schemes.
According to newswire reports, the companies are currently carrying out feasibility studies on the projects, which will have a combined capacity of 3GW. Among the projects is the Nizhne-Angarskaya hydro plant in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, according to reports.
