The remaining reservoirs contain water levels lower than this time last year, especially the larger scale facilities such as Liet Son in Duc Pho, Nui Ngang in Bad To, and Di Lang in Son Ha.
It is feared that if a shortage of heavy rainfall continues it will affect the winter-spring crop of 2012-13. With this in mind the company has requested that farmers control and manage irrigation water economically and effectively.
