The company is to supply three vertical Francis units of 88.5MW capacity each plus generators and associated equipment under the approximately Euro55M (US$71M) contract.
Limak Energy is developing the 265.5MW Alkumru plant to become operational in early 2011. The plant is to generate more than 900GWh of electricity per year.
The developer is part of the Limak Group.
