The deadline is approaching for abstract submissions for the 3rd meeting of the ICOLD European Club Working Group ”Dams and Earthquakes”, to take place in Lisbon, Portugal on 6-8 May 2019.
Abstracts are due 30 October 2019. The themes of the meeting are:
- Definition of seismic hazard for dams
- Measurements of response of concrete or embankment dams under earthquakes
- Dynamic monitoring and testing of dams
- Comparison of numerical models with dynamic field measurements
- Qualification of equipment under seismic loading
