Dominion Energy is selling a 25% interest in the Catalyst Old River Hydroelectric Limited Partnership, which owns a 192MW hydroelectric generating station in Louisiana, for approximately $90 million
The firm is also selling its total interest in two combined cycle gas turbine plants in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
All transactions are expected to close by year-end 2018.
