Newswires reported that the Polish treasury ministry signed a preliminary agreement to sell the project for an undisclosed sum. The deal is expected to be closed in 2013.

Poland’s government has agreed to sell the almost 100MW Niedzica hydroelectric project to the Czech Republic’s Energo-Pro.
