First Gen Luzon Power Corp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Gen, has signed an agreement with the province of Nueva Ecija and the municipality of Gen. Tinio to develop the Balintingon multi-purpose project, the Philippine Star reported.
The project – currently in the pre-feasilbility stage – will be used for power generation, irrigation and domestic water supply. Investment details for the project have not yet been finalised.
