According to reports from the Angola Press Agency, the minister of Energy and Water, Emanuela Vieira Lopes announced the plans during the first Broad Consultative Council of the Ministry of Energy and Water.
Tenders to build the first projects are expected to launch soon. Lopes said that administrative procedures for the projects had been completed, but did not specify the site locations.
