The turbines, with a runner diameter of 2350mm, will provide 10MW at 18.5m net head and 60m3/sec discharge. The project will connect with the existing Poechos 1 plant, creating a 25.6MW hydroelectric complex.
The project is the third contract awarded to CKD Blansko Holding by Sindicatio Energetico since 1998, following Curumuy (2 x 6.4MW) and Sullana (250kW).
