Psalm plans to hold a pre-bid conference for the 0.8MW plant auction on 1 October, and the deadline for tenders has been set as 10 December.
The initial auction of the 2 X 400kW plant in Negros Oriental was recently called a failure by the agency after only one bid was received. Auction rules determine any sale receiving only one bid to be a technical failure.
The bid was received from Sta Clara International Corp, which previously bought the 1.2MW Loboc plant. Five companies had initially expressed interest in the auction.
