Edgar Horny, chairman of the Board of Management of Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation, São Paulo, Brazil, will resign on 30 September 2002. He will continue as member of the board of Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation, Voith Paper Máquinas e Equipamentos and Voith Turbo in Brazil.
