The work will include undertaking an analytical study to maximise turbine system capacity and performance including the spiral case, stay vane, wicket gate and draft tube components – the work excludes turbine runner modifications.
Solicitation packages are expected to be issued on or around 15 November 2005. A detailed technical proposal will be required.
