The plan will form a part of the dams’ broader environmental management plan, which is required by the country’s law, and would be in accordance with international best practices.
The news agency reported that a JV of Dutch firm Royal Haskoning and Norway’s Norplan will undertake consultancy services for preparation of the emergency plan.
