In 2013, WALO was contracted to carry out some partial rehabilitation of an asphalt lining of a reservoir at the largest pump storage plant in Spain.

The rehabilitation was carried out as part of the capacity increase of the entire hydro power scheme and the power plant remained operational throughout the works.
